护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用

摘　　要：目的探究在提升护理管理质量中护士分层级管理模式的应用效果。方法选择2013年8月-2015年8月的护理人员80例作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规管理方法,观察组给予护士分层级管理方法,对两组的护理质量进行对比分析。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理人员的护理知识和操作能力得分均较高,同时护理满意度及护理人员对管理模式的满意度均明显较高,对比均P〈0.05,存在统计学意义。结论在护理管理质量提升中采用护士分层级管理模式效果显著,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of nurse hierarchical management mode in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods 80 cases as the object of study by drawing lots divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given conventional management methods,the observation group given nurse grading management method,the nursing quality of the two groups,the score analysis in August 2013 and 2015 August nursing staff. Results Compared with the control group,observation group nurses nursing knowledge and operation ability scores were high,also nursing satisfaction and nursing satisfaction of management mode were significantly higher,compared all P〈0. 05,there is statistical significance. Conclusions In the quality of nursing management to enhance the use of nurse hierarchical management model has significant effect,it is worthy of application and promotion.
