预见性护理在预防神经内科ICU非计划性拔管中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价预见性护理流程在预防神经内科非计划性拔管中的效果。方法便利抽样选取神经内科ICU患者200例,用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组和干预组各100例,设计实施非计划性拔管预见性护理流程,对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施预见性护理,评价2组非计划性拔管率及患者满意度。结果观察组非计划性拔管率为3%,对照组为15%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过设计实施预见性护理流程,可以降低神经内科ICU非计划性拔管率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the clinical practice effect of predictive nursing procedure on prevention of the neurology unscheduled tube drawing.Methods Based on the method of convenience sampling,200 ICU patients from nerve internal medicine were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with random nunber table,each of 100.Intervention group patients were applied predictive unscheduled extubation nursing process.Control group patients were given routine health care.The nuscheduled decannulation rate and satisfaction of the patients were assessed.Results The unscheduled decannulation rate was 3% and 15% in observation group and in the control group,respectively.The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The difference of satisfaction of the patients between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The implemention of predictive nursing procedure can reduce the unscheduled decannulation rate in neurology ICU and improve satisfaction of patients.
