摘　　要：本文以柳州为案例,在深入分析科技型企业融资环境的基础上,从企业生命周期出发探索科技型企业融资路径,并针对融资风险提出具体防范措施,以供相关决策部门参考。Taking Liuzhou as a case, paper investigates financing environment of science and technology en- terprises. From the view of enterprise life cycle, the paper explores the financing path of science and technology enter- prises, and puts forward specific measures to prevent financing risk for the relevant decision-making departments.
