摘 要:试验旨在探讨紫穗槐籽实在蛋鸡日粮中应用的可行性,并筛选在蛋鸡日粮中添加的适宜比例。试验选取330日龄海兰褐蛋鸡1 568只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复98只鸡。试验1、2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中用0%、2%、4%、6%的紫穗槐籽实等量代替玉米,试验期为60 d,测定分析蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质变化,结果表明:蛋鸡日粮中添加紫穗槐籽实代替等量玉米能够提高蛋鸡产蛋性能、改善鸡蛋营养价值、降低鸡蛋胆固醇和饲料成本,对蛋黄色泽没有影响。试验2、3组平均日采食量显著低于试验1组(P<0.05),试验3组最低;试验2、3组产蛋率比试验1组分别提高4.24和2.88个百分点,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验2组料蛋比低于其他各组,比试验1组显著降低(P<0.05);试验3组鸡蛋新鲜度极显著优于试验1、2组(P<0.01);试验3组鸡蛋中脂肪极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01)、胆固醇含量极显著低于试验1组(P<0.01);经济效益以试验3组最佳,试验期内总收益比试验1组多660.5元。综合分析,以试验3组即4%添加比例综合效益为最优。The objective of this trial was to explore the optimum dosage and effect of Amorpha frutico- sa seeds used in laying hens diet. 1 568 Hailan laying hens at 330-day-old were chosen and random- ly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 98 laying hens in each replicate.The hens in group 1-4 were fed with basal diet adding 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% Amorpha fruticosa seeds instead of equal amount of maize, respec- tively. The differences of growth performance and egg quality were recorded during 60 days, and were used for group comparison analyses.The average daily feed intake of group 2 and 3 were significantly lower than that of group l(P〈0.05). The laying rate of group 2 and 3 were 4.24%(P〉0.05) and 2.88%(P〉0.05) higher than that of group 1. The feed/egg ratio of group 2 was the lowest in 4 groups, and was significantly lower than that of group I(P〈0.05). Egg fresh level of group 3 was higher than that of group 1(P〈0.01) and group 2(P〈0.01). Egg fat content of group 3 was significantly higher than that of group 1 (P〈0.01). Egg cholesterol con- tent of group 3 was significantly lower than that of groupl (P〈0.01). The final economic benefit of group 3 was the best in 4 groups, and was 660.5 yuan more than that of group 1. Therefore, the adding of Amorpha fruticosa seeds could improve production performance of hens and nutritive levels of eggs, but reduee cholesterol content of eggs and reduce feed costs, but had no effect on egg yolk color. In conelusion, adding 4% of Amorpha fruticosa seeds in diet will obtain better comprehensive benefits.
