金骨莲胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎(风湿痹阻证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察金骨莲胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎(风湿痹阻证)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:选择类风湿关节炎(风湿痹阻证)患者60例,采用随机对照的临床试验方法,分为治疗组(采用基础治疗+金骨莲胶囊治疗)和对照组(采用基础治疗+复方风湿宁胶囊治疗)。通过中医症候疗效评价方法,疾病活动度(DAS28)评价方法,ACR评价方法,以及安全性与不良反应来评价金骨莲胶囊的疗效。结果:1)两组治疗后中医症候疗效比较(Z=-5.064,P=0.031),治疗组效果优于对照组。2)两组治疗后DAS28疗效评价(Z=-2.487,P=0.013),治疗组效果优于对照组。3)两组ACR疗效比较(Z=-3.047,P=0.002),治疗组效果优于对照组。4)金骨莲胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎(风湿痹阻证)安全,无不良反应。结论:金骨莲胶囊治疗风湿关节炎(风湿痹阻证)安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Jingulian capsule for treating of rheumatoid arthritis（arthromyodynia）.Methods：All 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients were treated combined with basic method and Jingulian capsule in treatment group,and combined with basic method and Fufangfengshining capsule in control group respectively.The evaluation of tradition Chinese medicine（TCM）syndromes method,evaluation of DAS28 method,and evaluation of ACR method were used to evaluate the clinical curative effect and the safety.Results：1）The curative effect of TCM syndromes in treatment group was superior to the control group（Z=-5.064,P=0.031）.2）The curative effect of DAS28 in treatment group was superior to the control group（Z=-2.487,P=0.013）.3）The curative effect of ACR in treatment group was superior to the control group（Z=-3.047,P=0.002）.4）The Jingulian capsule was safe for treating rheumatoid arthritis（arthromyodynia）,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion：Jingulian capsule is safe and effective for treating rheumatoid arthritis（arthromyodynia）,so this TCM drug is worthy for clinical application.
