摘 要:油田结垢预测模型是一种以油田地下水样、采出水样为研究对象进行水质分析,根据主要成垢离子的含量及结垢主要影响因素而编制的针对油田地层、机采井、注水井、地面集输系统的动态结垢规律的预测系统。通过结垢预测模型油田结垢部位和结垢趋势,可以采取相应的合理措施减少垢的生成,对降低集输系统及注入系统的能耗、优化集输管路、提高油田采收率、减少设备管道的大修及改造费用等有着重要的意义。通过对油田主要垢质结垢机理的研究,综述了目前国内外油田针对主要垢质的预测方式、模型预测优劣及应用范围的研究现状,同时展望了其未来的发展方向。The prediction model of fouling in oil field is a system based on the analyses of water quality which take underground water samples in the field and produced water as research objects.According to the content of the main scale ion and the main factors affecting the fouling formation, the dynamic scaling rule of the oil field formation, machine production wells, injection wells, and surface gathering and transportation system is studied.The scaling prediction model of oil field can be adopted to reduce the formation of scale by predicting the location and tendency.It has important significance to reduce the energy consumption of the collection system and injection system, optimize the collection and transportation pipeline, improve oil recovery efficiency and cut down the cost of equipment and pipeline.By studying on the mechanism of the main scale fouling in oil field, this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and overseas oil field on the research status of main scale qualitative prediction methods and the advantages and the application scope of the model prediction.
