血浆hsa-miR-30a与高血压左室肥厚患者预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆hsa-miR-30a与高血压左室肥厚（LVH）患者预后的关系。方法随机入选118例高血压LVH患者，分为预后良好组（n=82）和预后不良组（n=36）。用real—timePCR法检测血浆hsa—miR-30a的含量。研究预后不良的高血压LVH患者血浆hsa-miR-30a的变化。用Logistic回归研究血浆hsa—miR-30a是否是高血压LVH患者预后不良的独立预测因子。结果与预后良好组比较，预后不良组高血压LVH患者血浆hsa—miR-30a升高[（20．87±4．36）2-△＊104比（11．24±2．15）2-△＊104，P〈0．05]。血浆hsa—miR-30a升高是高血压LVH患者预后不良的独立预测因子（OR=2．57，P〈0．05）。结论血浆hsa—miR-30a升高对高血压LVH患者预后不良有预测价值。Objective To investigate the predictive value of prognosis in hypertension patients with left ventrieular hypertrophy and hsa-miR-30a. Methods I18 hypertension patients with ｜eft ventrieular hypertrophy, divided into good prognosis group（n=82） and poor prognosis group（n=36）, were randomly selected. The patients were detected the plasma hsa-miR-30a by real-time PCR. Whether plasma hsa-miR-30a could be independent predictor of left ventricular hypertrophy patients with poor prognosis or not was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results Compared with good prognosis group, plasma hsa-miR-30a increased in poor prognosis group [ （11.24± 2.15）2-△＊104 vs （20.87±4.36）2-△＊104, P〈0.05]. The plasma hsa-miR-30a was independent predictor of left ventficular hypertrophy patients with poor prognosis （OR=2.57, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The plasma hsa-miR-30a has predictive value for left ventricular hypertrophy patients with poor prognosis.
