摘　　要：目的通过对广州市荔湾区21个街道社区卫生服务中心的儿童保健工作进行绩效考评,总结出成绩和存在的问题,为政府制定方针政策提供依据。方法采取现况调查的方法,对荔湾区21个街道社区卫生服务中心儿童保健服务实施情况进行描述,并总结分析。结果综合评价计分,全区平均分为92.30分,有18个社区成绩达90分以上。全区综合考评得分为92.25分。结论通过绩效考评,能客观分析社区儿童保健服务的提供情况,为我区儿童保健服务能力的提升提供依据。OBJECTIVE Through the performance evaluation of the child health care work of 21 street community health service cen- ters in Liwan District of Guangzhou, to summarize the achievements and problems and formulate policies for the government. METH- ODS Taking a cross-sectional survey, describe the implementation situation of the child health care service in 21 street community health service centers in Liwan District, and summarize the analysis. RESULTS Comprehensive evaluation score, the region was divided into 92.30 points. There are 18 community scores is more then 90 points. The comprehensive evaluation score was 92.25 points. CONCLUSION Through performance evaluation, analyze the community child health care services and provide the basis for child care services to enhance the child healthcare service ability of the target region.
