摘  要:目的了解儿科医务人员锐器伤的发生情况及危险因素,探讨有效的防范对策。方法根据2013年1月-2014年12月医务人员填报的医务人员职业暴露登记表,回顾性调查分析医务人员锐器伤的详细情况及危险因素。结果医务人员2年中共发生锐器伤192人次,其中护士、医生和工勤的发生率分别为94.27%、4.17%和1.56%,发生锐器损伤的物品种类以头皮针为主占57.29%,其次为一般丢弃注射针占21.88%。发生锐器损伤的环节以整理或清理物品为主占50.52%,其次为他人意外扎伤占18.23%。发生锐器伤后,立即按锐器伤紧急处理流程进行完整处理占89.58%。结论儿科护士尤其是实习护士、新入职护士锐器伤发生率高。应加强职业安全教育,针对高危人群高危环节重点培训,强化标准预防意识、规范操作流程,减少锐器伤害的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate risk factors for pediatric medical staff with sharp instrument injuries and explore the effectivepreventive strategy. METHODS According to the occupational exposure registration tables from January 2013 to December 2014,theincidence of sharp instrument injuries and risk factors were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS In the past two years,192 pediatricmedical staff with sharp instrument injuries, including nurses, doctors and workers which incidence rates were 94.27%, 4.17%,1.56%, respectively. The major sharp instruments causing injuries were scalp acupuncture(57.29%), general discarded needle(21.88%). The main links during the sharp injuries occurred were sorting or cleaning instrument(50.52%),followed by the othersaccidentally stabbed(18.23%). 89.58% of medical staff according with emergency procedures to complete treatment immediatelywhen sharp injuries occurred. CONCLUSION Pediatric nurses,particularly practice nurses and the new recruits nurses were the pop-ulation at high risk for sharp injuries. Occupational safety education should be strengthened,especially For high-risk groups focusedtraining in high-risk sectors. Strengthening standard precautions and standardize the safe operation could effectively reduce the inci-dence of the sharp injuries.
