摘 要:目的对老年冠心病患者血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化进行观察,以分析血清Cys-C与老年冠心病冠脉病变程度的相关性。方法选取2014年1月—2015年6月上海市第一人民医院宝山分院收治的120例老年冠心病患者作为观察组,另选取同期收治的行冠脉造影正常的老年人40例作为对照组。对所有患者的血清Cys-C水平进行检测,采用Gensin积分评价患者冠状动脉病变程度,对血清Cys-C与老年冠心病冠脉病变程度的相关性进行分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组各亚组血清Cys-C水平均明显升高,冠脉狭窄程度(Gensin)积分均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各亚组间进行分析,与单支冠脉病变组比较,双支冠脉病变组与多支冠脉病变组血清Cys-C水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析,血清Cys-C水平与Gensin积分呈正相关,Gensin积分越高,血清Cys-C水平越高(r=0.261,P<0.05)。结论血清Cys-C与老年冠心病冠脉病变程度呈显著正相关,通过血清Cys-C水平的检测能够准确评估冠心病冠脉病变程度,有助于对冠心病风险的预测,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE The serum inhibition change C(Cys- C) levels among elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were observed to analyze serum Cys C and senile coronary heart disease, coronary artery lesion degree of correlation. METHODS 120 cases of senile coronary heart disease patients were selected in target hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 as observation group,the other during the same period were selected 40 patients with coronary angiography normal old people as control group. Al patients' with serum Cys-C level were tested. Gensin integral evaluation was applied to evaluate patients with coronary artery lesion severity,the serum Cys C and analyzes the correlation degree of senile coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease. RESULTS Com-pared with control group, the observation group of each subgroup were significantly elevated serum levels of Cys-C, extent of coronarystenosis(Gensin) score were significantly higher, with significant difference(P〈0.05); Observation group among various subgroupswere analyzed, and compared with single coronary artery lesion group, double branch of coronary artery lesions with multivessel coro-nary artery lesion group serum Cys- C level increased significantly with significant difference(P〈0.05). The Pearson correlationanalysis, serum Cys-C level was positively correlated with Gensin integration, the higher Gensin integral was, the higher the level ofserum Cys-C war(r=0.261, P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Serum Cys C and senile coronary heart disease wtere significantly positively as-sociated with the degree of coronary artery lesions, Cys-C levels of serum tests could carry on the accurate assessment of coronaryheart disease coronary artery lesion severity and help to predict the risk of coronary heart disease which was, worthy of clinical popu-larization and application.
