绿色智力资本理论探析

摘　　要：21世纪不仅是知识经济时代,也是绿色经济时代,企业应该更多地考虑如何在"知识"和"绿色"的双重时代背景下实现企业的可持续发展。在知识经济时代下,智力资本能够为企业带来持久性的竞争优势;在绿色经济时代下,企业若想保持并扩大自身的优势,就必须将传统智力资本转化为绿色智力资本。首先,文章在文献回顾的基础上,分析绿色智力资本的起源与内涵,并对绿色智力资本的概念进行了界定。然后,文章将绿色智力资本的维度划分为绿色人力资本、绿色结构资本、绿色关系资本和绿色创新资本,并对每一个维度进行详细地解释,进而提出绿色智力资本的三大功能,即价值创造、环境保护和社会关怀。最后,文章通过分析绿色智力资本理论依据,归纳绿色智力资本理论研究框架,并提出绿色智力资本理论对现代企业管理实践的启示。The 21st century is not only the era of knowledge economy but also the era of green economy. Enterprises should give more consideration to how to improve the performance of enterprises in the double era background of ＂knowledge＂ and ＂green＂. In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital can bring sustainable competitive advantage for enterprises, in the green economy, enterprises want to maintain and expand its own advantages, traditional intellectual capital must be converted into green intellectual capital. First, on the basis of literature review, this paper analyses the genesis and connotation of the green intellectual capital, and defines the concept of green intellectual capital. Second, this paper divides the dimension of green intellectual capital into green human capital, green structural capital, green relationship capital and green innovation capital, and explains in detail each dimension, and then provides the three functions of green intellectual capital： value creation, environmental protection and social care. Finally, through the analysis of green intellectual capital theory basis, this paper sums up a theoretical framework for green intellectual capital, and has a great inspiration to push forward modem business management.
