金融发展、技术创新与产业升级的关系研究

摘　　要：金融支持是技术创新和产业升级不可或缺的支持力量。文章利用1990-2013年中国的样本数据,运用VAR模型,研究金融发展、技术创新与产业升级之间的动态关系,证实三者之间存在某种联系机制。通过Grange因果关系检验、脉冲响应、方差分解等对三者之间的关系进行深入的分析,结果表明金融发展、技术创新与产业升级之间存在长期稳定的协整关系;金融发展的贡献主要来自于技术创新,随着时间的推移,产业升级对金融发展的贡献率呈现逐步增加直至平稳态势;技术创新对自身贡献起主导作用,金融发展与产业升级对技术创新有一定贡献;产业升级主要得益于其自身,但随着时间的变化,技术创新成为产业升级的主要贡献者,金融发展也为产业升级做出了贡献。Financial support is an integral part of technological innovation and industrial upgrading of support forces. Using sample data of China from 1990 to 2013, this paper studies the dynamic relationship among financial development, technological innovation and industrial upgrading by using the VAR model, and confirms that there is a certain relationship between three mechanisms. Through Grange causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition to in-depth analysis of the relations among the three, the results show that financial development, technology innovation and industry upgrading has a long-term stable co-integration relationship betw- een the three; the contribution of financial development mainly comes from the technology innovation, and the contribution rate of industrial upgrading to the financial development is gradually increased until smooth with the passage of time; technological innovation contribution to its own play a leading role, and financial development and industrial upgrading of technology innovation has certain contribution; industrial upgrading is mainly due to its own, and with the passage of time technological innovation has become a major contributor to industrial upgrading, and financial development also contributes to the industrial upgrading.
