摘　　要：咖啡炭纤维具有良好的抗菌防臭、防紫外线、远红外发射及负离子保健等多种功能。从原料选择、织造工艺设计、设备参数、织物线长的控制、前处理工艺、染整工艺、后整理工艺等多方面阐述了多功能咖啡炭纤维提花针织面料的开发。Coffee carbon fibers show multi-functions, such as excellent antibacterial deodorizes, anti-ultraviolet, farinfrared emission and anion health care. The development of multi-functional coffee carbon jacquard knitting fabric was discussed in detail including raw material selection, design of weaving process, device parameters, a control of fabric length, pretreatment process, dyeing and finishing process, finishing process and other aspects.
