摘 要:以进水、静置、曝气和排水作为SBBR反应器的运行周期,研究了在不同溶解氧和换容比条件下运行周期内生物膜EPS的产生与变化特征。扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示,生物膜由大量丝状菌组成,菌胶团和累枝虫交联聚集在其周围,生物膜外层生物相明显比内部丰富。当DO从2~3 mg/L升到3~5 mg/L时,EPS的含量从147.7μg/(mL填料)升至286.0μg/(mL填料),再升至5~6 mg/L时,EPS稍有降低至271.3μg/(mL填料)。随着换容比从1/3升高至2/3,EPS的含量逐渐从121.5μg/(mL填料)下降到86.2μg/(m L填料)。在运行周期内,进水后处于静置状态1 h的EPS产生量最大,达到148.0μg/(mL填料),此时EPS中荧光类有机物含量也最高,且以芳香性蛋白质Ⅰ(λEx/λEm(220~250)/(280~330)nm)、芳香性蛋白质Ⅱ(λEx/λEm(220~250)/(330~380)nm)和微生物沥出物(λEx/λEm(250~280)/(290~380)nm))为主。Characteristics of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) of bio-film were studied using a bench scale SBBR(sequencing batch biofilm reactor). Investigation of the bio-film characteristics under different process conditions and operation period of the SBBR were conducted with the help of a SEM. The investigation found that the biological membrane was composed of a large number of filamentous bacteria and Epistylis surrounded by zoogloea,while the bio-film organisms of outer layer had more microorganisms than those of inner layer. When DO rose from the ranges of 2~3 mg/L to 3~5 mg/L,EPS content increased from 147.7 to 286 μg/(m Lof carrier),and then slightly decreased to 271.3 μg/(mL of carrier)as DO rose to the range of 5~6 mg/L. Furthermore,effects of changing volume ratio of the carrier on EPS content were studied;during the running period after the water filling and at the static state for 1 h,EPS reached the maximum value of 148.0 μg/(mL of carrier),as did the fluorescent organic matters in EPS. The fluorescent organic matters in EPS mainly consisted of aromatic proteins i.e.,protein Ⅰ(λEx/λEm(220~250)/(280~330)nm),and aromatic protein Ⅱ(λEx/λEm(220~250)/(330~380)nm),as well as microbial leaching substances(λEx/λEm(250~280)/(290~380)nm)).
