摘  要:配电变压器三相电流不平衡对电网系统的设备和用户有着十分严重的影响。文中设计了一种基于静止无功发生器(SVG)的配变三相不平衡电流调节装置,可实现自动平衡三相负荷电流和无功补偿的功能。文中首先分析了该调节装置的工作原理,然后介绍了装置所采用的控制流程,最后给出了多种补偿功能试验和典型供电台区现场运行的结果。结果表明,文中提出的不平衡电流调节装置不仅具有较好的动态调节性能,且具有良好的无功补偿效果,可有效提升电能质量。The three-phase current imbalance of distribution transformer has a very serious impact to power system and user. A three-phase current imbalance adjustment device is designed based on SVG in this paper can automatically balance the distribution transformer three-phase load current and the reactive power compensation.Firstly the working principle of the adjustment device is analyzed; and then the device's control flow is introduced;finally the results of compensation test and typical power station area operation are given. The results show that the current imbalance adjustment device not only has better dynamic performance, but also has good reactive compensation effect, which can effectively improve power quality.
