摘 要:文中在220、330、500 kV变电站现场对12种不同型号约三百余台敞开式断路器的合闸时间进行了测试,分析了合闸时间的分布规律,发现不同型号断路器合闸时间的分布特性存在较大差异,部分断路器首次操作比后续操作的合闸时间明显偏大,且分散性有所增大。测试数据显示,首次合闸时间偏大的程度与断路器型号关系密切,一般在0~0.6 ms之间。文中将这一规律应用于断路器选相位合闸控制的修正,分析表明,对于首次合闸时间明显偏大的断路器,修正之后选相位合闸成功率可提高15%~25%,这对优化选相位合闸控制具有指导意义。This paper analyzes the statistic distribution of closing time of circuit breakers, of which different circuit breakers have much difference in distribution characteristics. Some is concentrated, and some is scatter. Data is required by testing hundreds of circuit breakers, which are at three voltage level, as 252 k V, 363 k V and 550 k V,among 12 different models, at the substation site. It also can be found that, after a long idle, the first closing time is about 0~0.6 ms larger than that of without idle, and the statistic distribution is less concentrated, which depends on the model of circuit breakers. This rule can be applied to phase-control ofcircuit breaker. The success rate of closing at target pointcan be improved by 15%~25% when given a revised time to those circuit breaker whose first closing time obviously lager. That is of great guidance to optimize phase-control effect.
