DETA接枝碳纳米管对环氧复合材料力学性能的研究

摘  要:采用H_2SO_4/HNO_3(V_(H_2SO_4)∶V_(HNO_3)=3∶1)酸化碳纳米管(MWCNT)除去表面金属催化剂及杂质。然后分别用氯化亚砜(SOCl2)和二乙烯三胺(DETA)对MWCNT表面进行酰氯化和酰胺化处理,使DETA链段成功接枝在MWCNT表面,提高无机填料与有机基体间相容性及界面结合强度使载荷和能量能有效地传递。我们利用红外谱图确认DETA存在于MWCNT表面,并用热重曲线分析了DETA的接枝量。MWCNT经过DETA改性后,力学测试结果显示其环氧复合材料的冲击性能、拉伸强度及弹性模量分别提高了49%、52.7%和33.6%。同时储能模量及玻璃化转变温度均得到一定程度的提高。In this paper, the mixture of HaSO4/HNO3 (VH2SO4 : VHNO3 =3 : 1 ) was used to remove the metal catalyst and impurities from the surface of muhi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Then thionyl chlorization (SOC12 ) and diethylenetriamine (DETA) were used to introduce DETA segment on MWCNTs surface through chlorization and amidation processing so as to improve the compatibility and interracial bond strength between inorganic filler and organic matrix, and transfer energy and load efficiently. Meanwhile, infrared spectra was used to confirm the presence of DETA molecular on MWCNTs surface and thermogravimetric analysis curves were used to analyze the amount of graft DETA. When grafted by DETA, WMCNTs/EP composites exhibite better mechanical properties. The impact resistance, tensile strength and elastic modulus are increased by 49%, 52.7% and 33.6%, respectively. Meanwhile, the storage modulus and glass transition temperature of the epoxy composites are improved to some extent.
