摘  要:通过把型腔压力和统计模量分析(SPA)结合起来,提出了基于型腔压力统计模量的注塑成型质量监控方法。设计了模具温度不同的多个实验组,从其中一个组选取了训练批次并实施了组间监控。结果表明,该方法能够以95%以上的准确率监控模具温度变化引起的±0.025 5 g以上的质量差异,从而验证了该方法的有效性。In this paper, cavity pressure and statistical pattern analysis (SPA) were combined to present a quality monitoring method based on statistical patterns of cavity pressure. Experimental groups with different mold temperature settings were designed, and training batches were selected from one group to perform monitoling among all groups. The results show that the presented method can monitor the weight difference (above ± 0. 025 5 g) from mold temperature changes with an accuracy over 95%, and the effectiveness of the presented method is verified consequently.
