摘  要:以CO_2为发泡剂,用高压釜式法制备了聚丙烯/木粉发泡珠粒。利用旋转流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了不同木粉含量的聚丙烯/木粉复合材料的流变和结晶性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了发泡珠粒的泡孔结构。结果表明,木粉对聚丙烯珠粒发泡有较大影响,随木粉含量增加,聚丙烯/木粉复合材料的黏度增加、损耗角正切值降低,熔融、结晶温度均提高,复合发泡珠粒的发泡倍率和泡孔密度先增大后减小,泡孔尺寸先减小后增大。当木粉含量为10%时,发泡珠粒的发泡倍率为10.4倍,平均泡孔直径、泡孔密度分别为67.69μm、5.791×10~7个/cm^3。Expended polypropylene (PP)/wood flour (WF) composites were prepared throughautoclave foaming process using CO2 as the blowing agent. The effects of WF contents on the rheologicalproperties and crystallization behaviors of the PP/WF composites were studied by rotary rheometer anddifferential scanning calorimeter (DSC) , respectively. The morphologies of the expanded PP/WF compositeswere observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the addition of WF influencesthe foaming behavior for PP significantly. The complex viscosity, melting and crystallization temperature ofthe composites are increased and the loss tangent is decreased with the increasing of the WF contents. Bothexpansion ratio and cell density of expanded PP/WF composites first are increased then decreased with theincreasing of the WF contents, and the cell size first is decreased then increased with increasing the WFcontents, The expanded PP/WF composites with mean cell diameter of 67.69 μm, cell density of 5. 791x10^7cells/cm3 and expansion ratio of 10.4 is obtained by 10% WF addition.
