摘 要:介绍了一种双扭曲圆管双联动空间抽芯机构,包括第一段圆管空间扭曲抽芯组件A、第二段圆管空间扭曲抽芯组件B;其特点是同一组件内两个不同油缸在其对应的不同方向,同步按塑料件分段扭曲弯管空间中心线所确定的函数关系路径进行抽芯,其各自方向的运动路径由弯管轴心空间曲线确定;转动滑销块在抽芯过程中既做绕其圆柱特征的中心线的转动,同时做其方槽特征方向的滑动,以保证滑槽拉板拉动滑块拉板运动的顺利进行,从而保证扭曲管滑块体在基础滑块体上按圆弧方向转动抽芯运动的顺利进行;该抽芯机构有效解决了塑料件存在空间多段扭曲圆管难以抽芯脱模的实际生产问题,结构设计合理,工作稳定。A double-stage linkage core-pmechanism for double-twisted tube was introduced whichincluded the component A and component B. The two components were characterized as follows: the twodifferent cylinders within the same component drew core in the corresponding direction simultaneouslyaccording to the function path determined by the centre line of the twisted tube, and their moving paths werecontrolled by the axis curves of the tube ; in the core-pulling process, pin and block not only rotated aroundthe cylindrical centre line but it also slid in the square groove direction to guarantee the chute plate to pull theslider plate smoothly, thus ensuring the slide block of twisted tube draw core smoothly in the arc direction.The mechanism solved the actual production problem of the plastic part with twisted tube difficult to draw core,and it had reasonable structure and worked stably.
