摘  要:为了增加阻燃材料的成炭性,提高阻燃性,将两种新型低熔点聚酰胺(ES-6和M-170)作为协效成炭剂加入聚丙烯阻燃体系中。结果表明,与尼龙6(PA6)相比,ES-6和M-170在聚丙烯基体中具有良好的分散性和相容性,复合材料具有优良的力学性能。同时,ES-6和M-170都具有较低的熔融温度,在与聚丙烯混合的过程中可以在较低的温度下加工,可以有效避免阻燃剂的分解。另外,利用ES-6或者尼龙6部分取代双季戊四醇(DPER),可以提高极限氧指数,改进阻燃剂在聚丙烯中的阻燃性能。In order to improve the flame retardance of polypropylene (PP) materials, two novelcopolyamides ES-6 and M-170 were served as synergistic charring agent for the flame-retarded PP system withammonium polyphosphate (APP) and dipentaerythritol (DPER). The results show that, compared withPA6, ES-6 and M-170 have better dispersion and compatibility in the PP matrix and enhanced mechanicalproperties. Meanwhile, ES-6 and M-170 as low melting point polyamides could decrease processingtemperature and inhibit side reaction effectively, especially the degradation of APP. In addition, thesynergistic effect between ES-6 and DPER was also investigated. The results show that the synergistic systemcontaining ES-6 has better flame retardancy and mechanical performance than the system only using DPER orthe system containing PA6.
