摘 要:在不除氧、无气氛保护的条件下用环氧树脂和丙烯酸直接合成了可光一热双重固化的环氧丙烯酸树脂。通过测量所获得改性树脂的红外图谱、固化时间及固化膜的柔韧性、硬度等数据,研究了丙烯酸用量、混合温度、曝光时间等因素对环氧丙烯酸树脂合成及性能的影响。结果表明,当丙烯酸与环氧基之间的物质的量比在1.02:1,反应温度在85~90℃时,所得树脂的光固化速率最快,固化后产物的硬度大、柔韧性好、附着力强。紫外光辅以低温热固化的固化工艺,有助于减少树脂中低聚物的挥发,提高反应程度,从而获得较高的固化膜百分率。另外,对不同工艺条件下影响柔韧性能的树脂结构也进行了分析。A ultraviolet (UV) -heat dual curing resin was synthesized by using epoxy and acrylic acidwithout eliminating oxygen and atmosphere protecting. The effects of the reaction conditions such as the ratioof acrylic acid, mixing temperature and curing time on the synthesis and the curing property of the resin werediscussed by measuring the Fourier infrared spectrum and curing time of the resin and the flexibility andhardness of the cured film. The results show that the achieved resin has great UV-curing speed and goodflexibility, hardness and adhesive force when the mole ratio of acrylic and epoxy is 1.02 : 1 and the reactiontemperatures is in the range of 85 - 90 ℃. The combination of UV curing and low temperature curing ishelpful to reduce the volatilization of oligomers in the resin and improve the reaction degree and get a highfilm-forming percentage then. In addition, the influence of the resin structure on the flexibility under differentprocess conditions was also speculated and analyzed.
