摘　　要：目的探讨操作性肌电生物反馈疗法联合康复训练对胸腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者功能独立性的影响。方法随机将2013年至2014年我院收治的60名胸腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均采用脊髓损伤常规康复训练,治疗组在此基础上增加操作性肌电生物反馈疗法,每日1次,在康复训练前后采用功能独立性评定量表(FIM)进行评定,观察其改善情况。结果两组治疗后FIM评分均高于治疗前,治疗组和对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论操作性肌电生物反馈疗法对提高胸腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者FIM评分有重要意义,临床上有重要应用价值。Objective To discuss the effect of the operational conditioning electromyography biofeedback techniques associating with rehabilitation training on the ctional independence of the patient with thoracolumbar. Methods 60 patients with thoracolumbar incomplete spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from 2013 to 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases. Two groups were treated with routine rehabilitation training of spinal cord injury,and the treatment group added the increase of the operational conditioning electromyography biofeedback techniques therapy,1 times a day. Functional independence Rating Scale（ FIM） was used to evaluate the improvement of the rehabilitation training before and after rehabilitation. Results Two groups of FIM score after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion Operational conditioning electromyography biofeedback techniques therapy has important significance to improve the thoracolumbar incomplete spinal cord injury FIM score and has important clinical application value.
