5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部扁平疣40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（5-aminolevnlinic acid photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT）治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效。方法对40例面部扁平疣患者行光动力治疗,每7-10d治疗一次,共治疗3-4次。疗程结束后1周判断疗效,并随访6个月,记录治疗时及治疗后不良反应的发生情况。结果 40例扁平疣患者全部完成治疗。随访6个月,有5例复发。治疗结束后1周有效率达100%,随访6个月时有效率为82.50%。光敏剂封包过程无患者出现不适;28例（70.00%）患者在照射时或照射刚结束时,出现轻度刺痛感,其中14例同时伴有轻度瘙痒,均能耐受;所有患者在治疗后第1-3d于涂药部位出现红斑,第4-6d出现脱屑。18例（45.00%）在治疗后出现炎症后色素沉着,其中8例于1月后色沉消退,10例于3月后消退。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗扁平疣效果好,不良反应轻微,复发率低。Objective To observe the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy（ ALA-PDT） for facial flat warts. Methods 40 patients with facial flat wart were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy once every 7 - 10 days for three times in total. Efficacy was determined after one-week treatment,and the occurrence of side-effects in treatment and post-treatment was recorded in the next 6 months of follow-up. Results 40 cases of flat wart patients completed treatment. Effective rate was 100% one week after the end of therapy; Within 6 months of follow-up,5 cases of recurrence were found,and the effective rate was 82. 50%. There was no discomfort in the process of photosensitizer packet; 28 cases（ 70. 00%） patients felt mild tingling in the irradiation or immediately after irradiation,14 of which were accompanied by mild itching,all well tolerated; all patients appeared erythema at the site of treatment applicator the first 1 - 3d and scaling the first 4 - 6 d after the therapy. 18 cases（ 45. 00%） found post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation after treatment,8 of which subsided after one month and 10 after three months. Conclusions 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy has a beneficial efficacy for flat warts,less side-effects,and low rates of recurrancy.
