摘 要:目的研究经方茯苓杏仁甘草汤合橘枳姜汤对大鼠急性心肌缺血的抗氧化保护作用。方法将成年健康清洁级雄性SD大鼠50只按随机数字表法随机分为正常对照组、模型组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组及西药(予单硝酸异山梨酯片)组,各组分别采取相应处理并采用异丙肾上腺素造模后,观察茯苓杏仁甘草汤合橘枳姜汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图、血清中肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的含量影响。结果茯苓杏仁甘草汤合橘枳姜汤高、低剂量组均可改善急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图J点及T波下移变化(P<0.05),高低剂量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中药高、低剂量组可不同程度降低LDH、CK-MB、MDA的含量,提高SOD和GSH-PX的活性(P<0.05),且中药高、低剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茯苓杏仁甘草汤合橘枳姜汤对异丙肾上腺素诱导大鼠心肌缺血模型具有明显的保护作用,高剂量组明显优于低剂量组。Objective: To explore the antioxidant protection of combined Fuling Xingren Gancao Tang and Juzhijiang Tang on acute myocardial ischemia rats. Methods: 50 health clean male adult SD rats were randomly divided into five groups by random number table: the normal control group,acute myocardial ischemia model group,low dose Chinese traditional medicine group,high dose Chinese traditional medicine group and isoprenaline(Xinkang) group. Each group was respectively taken corresponding processing and using isoprenaline(ISO) model. The influence of combined Fuling Xingren Gancao Tang and Juzhijiang Tang on acute myocardial ischemia rats was explored,focused on electrocardiogram(ECG),serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX).Results: J and T wave changes of the electrocardiogram of the rats with acute myocardial ischemia was improved in high dose group and low dose group(P 0.05) with no statistically significant difference between the two(P 0.05);the content of LDH,CK- MB and MDA in high dose group and low dose group reduced in different level,and the activity of SOD and GSH-PX increased(P 0.05),and between high dose group and low dose group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion: Combined Fuling Xingren Gancao Tang and Juzhijiang Tang has obvious antioxidant protection on ISO induced myocardial ischemia rat model.
