中西医结合治疗小儿外感高热的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银柴胡丹皮汤加按摩治疗小儿外感高热的临床效果。方法将66例外感高热患儿按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组33例口服乙酰氨基酚片和布洛芬;观察组33例在对照组的基础上加用银柴胡丹皮汤及按摩治疗。结果观察组21例患儿降热效果显著,10例效果良好,2例无效;对照组13例患儿降热效果显著,14例效果良好,6例无效。观察组患儿总的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后0.5、1、2、4及6 h的体温均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银柴胡丹皮汤加按摩治疗治疗小儿外感高热的退热降温效果快而持久,且降低的体温不易反弹。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Yinchaihu danpi Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of children with exogenous high fever. Methods： 66 children with exogenous high fever were randomly divided into 2 groups,33 cases each. The control group orally took acetaminophen and ibuprofen,while the observation group were treated with Yinchaihu danpi Decoction and massage on the basis treatment of the control group. Results： In the observation group,21 cases had an obvious defervescence and cooling,10 good,2 invalid.In the control group,13 cases had an obvious defervescence and cooling,14 good,6 invalid. The total therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 0.05）. The temperature at each time point in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 0.05）;the difference was statistically significant,and the body temperatures in the observation group were evidently superior to those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： Yinchaihu danpi Decoction associated with massage on children with exopathic hyperpyrexia has an effect of fast and durable defervescence and cooling,and the lower body temperature is not easy to rise.
