真武汤加味治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法将85例肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组应用中西医综合治疗,对照组应用西医常规治疗;比较两组疗效指标。结果治疗组在综合疗效及肺动脉压、B型尿钠肽、动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压等方面改善均优于对照组。结论中两医结合治疗能够改善肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者的症状、心肺功能,提高生活能力。Objective： To observe the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on heart failure patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 85 heart failure patients with pulmonary heart disease were divided into the treatment group and the control groups by the method of random distribution. The treatment group used western medical therapy,and then index results of two groups were contrasted. Results： The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in comprehensive treatment effects,pulmonary artery pressure（PAP）,B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）,arterial partial pressure of oxygen（Pa O2） and partial pressure of carbon dioxide（Pa CO_2）. Conclusion： the Chinese and western intergration method could improve pulmonary heart disease with heart failure patients uncomfortable symptoms,quality of life and cardiopulmonary function.
