不同频率电针对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同频率电针对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能的影响。方法将患者按照随机数字表法分为3组,对照组予基础治疗,即抗凝、营养神经、改善循环等;两治疗组予基础治疗加电针治疗:电针1组、2组分别选用2 Hz、50 Hz频率,3组均治疗8周后评价疗效。结果电针1组的综合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分的改善情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不同频率电针对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能的影响不同,低频电针2 Hz组在改善脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能缺损程度、BI评分方面较优。Objective： To observe the effect of different frequency electroacupuncture on neural function rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients. Methods： the patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group received basic treatment,namely,anticoagulation,nerve nutrition,improving circulation,and so on;two treatment groups received basic treatment plus acupuncture treatment： acupuncture group 1,2 groups chose 2Hz and 50 Hz,respectively. The curative effects were evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment. Results： The comprehensive effects of electroacupuncture group 1 were superior than those of the control group（P 0.05）. After treatment,the degree of neurological deficit score and the improvement of BI score were better than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion： The effects of different frequency electroacupuncture on cerebral infarction in recovery of neurological function in patients is different. 2 Hz has better effects on improving the degree of nerve function defect and BI index of patients in recovery period of cerebral infarction.
