摘 要:以Nafion为溶剂分散氮掺杂石墨烯,利用氮掺杂石墨烯良好的电化学性能及Nafion的富集和选择性透过特征制备了用于快速检测硝基苯类化合物的修饰电极NG-Nafion/GCE。采用原子力显微镜对氮掺杂石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极的形貌进行了表征,利用循环伏安法和方波伏安法表征了修饰电极的电化学特征,建立了此修饰电极方波伏安法检测硝基苯的方法。在最佳实验条件下,方波伏安的峰电流强度与硝基苯的浓度在3-12μmol/L和50-500μmol/L范围内成线性相关,检出限为0.5μmol/L。以此方法对湖水水样和自来水水样中的硝基苯进行加标回收检测,回收率在95.4%-103.5%之间。Combining the excellent electrochemical characteristics of nitrogen-dope graphene( NG) with the enrichment and selective transmission characteristics of Nafion, a modified electrode NG-Nafion / GCE was prepared by dispersing NG in Nafion and used for the rapid detection of nitrobenzene compounds. The morphology of the modified electrodes by NG and Nafion were characterized by atomic force microscopy. The electrochemical characteristics of electrochemical sensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and square-wave voltammetry. On the optimal conditions,the peak current was proportional to the nitrobenzene concentration over the range of 3 - 12 mol / L and 50 - 500 mol / L with a detection limit of 0. 5 mol / L. The proposed method was successfully applied in the determination of nitrobenzene in real water sample with recoveries of 95. 4%- 103. 5%.
