股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA与InterTan治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折应用PFNA与InterTan治疗的疗效对比。方法选取我院2012年3月-2015年5月收治的分别行PFNA及InterTan治疗的86例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,两组各43例。比较两组手术情况及术后髋关节功能恢复情况。结果 PFNA组手术时间、术中出血量明显小于InterTan组,InterTan组6个月随访Harris评分明显高于PFNA组（P〈0.01）。结论在股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗中PFNA与InterTan固定各有优势,其中PFNA操作相对简单,手术耗时短,而InterTan理论上具备更高的生物力学优势与稳定性,术后髋关节功能恢复更快。Objective To probe into the comparison of the clinical effect of PFNA and Inter Tan in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 86 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur and who accepted PFNA and Inter Tan treatments in our hospital from March, 2012 to May, 2015 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 patients in each group. Then,the operation condition and the function of the hip joint between the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, the amount of bleeding in the PFNA group was significantly less than those in the Inter Tan group,In addition,6 months follow-up Harris score in the PFNA group was significantly higher than that in the PFNA group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The PFNA and Inter Tan fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures have own advantage,which the PFNA of operation is relatively simple,the operation time is short,and the Inter Tan theory has biomechanical advantages and higher stability,that the postoperative hip function recovered more quickly.
