摘　　要：目的对应用中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液的观察和护理进行分析,为进一步推广提供科学依据。方法选择2014年1月~2015年7月在我科进行中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液的56例的患者,分析其观察和护理过程,评价治疗和护理效果。结果与结论应用中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液方法安全有效、不良反应小,值得推广和使用。Objectives To analyze the observation and nursing of the application of central venous catheter drainage the pleural effusion, to provide a scientific basis for the further promotion of this method. Method 56 cases were selected from the patients who application of central venous catheter drainage the pleural effusion admitted to our departmen between January, 2014 and July, 2015 . We have evaluated the efficacy of the treatment and nursing. Results The Method of which application of central venous catheter drainage the pleural effusionis ia safe and effective, and has small adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion and application.
