摘　　要：研究自制氧化锌质量分数为80%的预分散母胶粒ZnO-80与氧化锌粉(ZnO)对天然橡胶(NR)和顺丁橡胶(BR)共混胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,当体系中使用自制ZnO-80(A4)代替ZnO粉时,表观交联密度提高9.8%,拉伸强度提高18.6%,邵尔A硬度无变化,磨耗值降低35.7%。橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)测试表明,使用ZnO-80(A4)胎面胶的滚动阻力和生热量比使用ZnO粉的胎面胶要低,活性剂分散性更好。In this paper,the influence of zinc oxide pre-dispersed masterbatch and zinc oxide to the properties of NR/BR tread compound was investigated.The results of physical and mechanical properties testing showed that,the complex with home-made ZnO-80（A4）which instead of ZnO showed the better performance,crosslink density was increased by 9.8%,tensile strength was increased by18.6%,Shaw hardness was no change,abrasion value was decreased by 35.7%.Processing Analyzer（RPA）test results showed that the tread rubber using the ZnO-80（A4）has a lower rolling resistance and heat build-up property than ZnO,and filler dispersion is better.
