摘  要:为了获得抗射流侵彻性能较优的水夹层间隔靶结构参数,采用正交优化法L9(33)正交表设计不同的试验方案,通过数值模拟对各试验方案进行计算,利用提出的防护综合性能评定指标对计算结果进行分析,确定钢靶板厚度t、水间隔距离d和水夹层数l三个结构参数对水夹层间隔靶抗射流侵彻性能的影响.结果表明:各因素影响水夹层间隔靶抗射流侵彻性能的主次排序为t>d>l,即靶板厚度为最重要的影响因素;钢靶板厚度t为2mm、水间隔距离d为100mm且水夹层数l为3层时是水夹层间隔靶结构最佳试验方案,其防护综合性能为2.537,与相同炸高下66mm厚的均质靶板防护能力相同.To obtain better structure parameters of spaced target with water interlayer(STWWI),different experiments have been designed with L9(33)orthogonal table by the orthogonal optimization method. All experiments were simulated numerically,and the optimization study of STWWI structure was conducted by using the armor protection comprehensive effectiveness index we proposed. The anti-penetration effects of STWWI structure parameters such as steel armor thickness t,water interlayer distance d and water interlayers l were analyzed.The results show:that order of importance of various factors dominating the anti-penetration performance is t〉d〉l;the best project from the orthogonal table is t=2 mm,d=100 mm,l=3,whose armor protection comprehensive effectiveness is 2.537,and its protection ability equals to 66 mm homogenous armor at the same standoff.
