摘　　要：QC/T 792—2007《电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用电机及控制器技术条件》是针对电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车用电机及控制器提出的行业标准。作为电动摩托车和电动轻便摩托车企业整车准入检验和3C型式检验的依据,该标准对电机及控制器共提出36项技术要求,涉及30项检测项目。试验内容多,试验周期长,且行业内现今并未就该标准执行过程达成公认实施规范。针对该标准所涉检验项目,结合一线检验环节中的具体经验,总结得出试验开展的优化流程,归纳试验过程的要点。QC/T 792—2007 〈motors and controllers for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds〉 is the industry standard for the motor and controller technology conditions of electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.As the basis for new product access test and 3c type test of electric motorcycle and electric moped enterprises,the standard puts forward 36 technical requirements,involving 30 test items.The test content is so much and the test cycle is long,in addition,the enterprises do not agree on the implementation process of the standard implementation.For inspection items of the standard,combined with the specific experience in the process of the front line inspection,the optimization process of the experiment and the main points of the process is summarized.
