摘 要:基于"高温单相处理、重度冷变形及双相区固溶处理"双相不锈钢的细匀化工艺获得了细小均匀的双相(α+γ)组织,借助光学显微镜(OM)、电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)研究了固溶处理对细匀化工艺中显微组织演变的影响。结果表明:与"双相区变形+固溶处理"工艺相比,细匀化工艺组织中的γ相大多从α相的三叉晶界处析出,其沿变形方向的带状分布得到明显改善且两相的晶粒尺寸差异较小,均匀化程度显著提高;另外,在相同的固溶处理下,两种工艺中的两相比例基本相同。而在细匀化工艺中,γ相尺寸随加热温度的升高与保温时间的延长而增大;在1050~1150℃加热,保温10 min条件下,γ相的尺寸与加热温度之间呈线性关系;在1100℃加热,保温10~60 min条件下,γ相尺寸的立方与保温时间之间同样呈近线性关系。A fine-grained and homogeneous( α + γ) microstructure of Fe-22Cr-5Ni-0. 18 N stainless steel was obtained treated by "hightemperature α-phase treatment,severe cold deformation and solution treatment at( α + γ) region"of fine homogenization processes. Effects of solution treatment on microstructure of the alloy during the fine homogenization process were investigated by optical microscope( OM),electron backscatter diffraction( EBSD) technique. The results show that for the fine homogenization process,second phase γ almost occurs trigeminal grain boundaries and its zonal distribution along the direction of deformation is significantly improved compared with the initial( α + γ) duplex region process,and the homogenization degree is improved significantly,furthermore,γ / α fraction of the alloy is almost unchanged. Besides,the grain size of γ phase increases with heating temperature and holding time increasing. The grain size of γ phase and heating temperature appears a linear relationship when heat treated at 1050 ℃ to 1150 ℃ for 10 min,and it's the same relationship between the cube of γ size and holding time( 10 min to 60 min) when heated at 1100 ℃ in the fine homogenization process.
