摘 要:研究了中国低活化马氏体(CLAM)钢在1223~1313 K范围内不同加热温度和保温时间下的晶粒长大行为。采用Sellers晶粒长大模型对实验数据进行拟合,并分析和验证了模型的准确性。结果表明:在1223~1253 K保温时,晶粒表现为正常长长;在1283 K保温30 min后,晶粒开始出现异常长大现象,这与钢中的MX相高温稳定性有关;当加热温度为1313 K,晶粒长大迅速。晶粒模型的计算结果与实验结果在较低温度(1223~1253 K)的吻合度很好,在较高温度(1283~1313 K)由于MX相的影响则有较大的偏差。The grain growth behavior of the Chinese low activation martensitic( CLAM) steel heat treated at 1223 K-1313 K for different time was studied. These experimental dates were fitted by Sellers model and the grain growth model of the CLAM steel was analyzed and validated. The results show that grain size of the steel is in a normal growth when heat treated at 1223-1253 K with the increasing of holding time,when the steel is heating at 1283 K and holding for 30 min,the abnormal grain growth is observed,which is related to the hightemperature stability of MX phase; and the grain size increases rapidly at 1313 K. The calculated results of the grain growth model are in good agreement with the experimental dates at lower temperature( 1223-1253 K),and it has a larger of deviation at high temperature( 1283-1313 K) due to the influence of the MX phase.
