摘　　要：Cantrell五联症是一种罕见的先天性畸形疾病,其临床特点主要表现为胸骨缺损、心包部分缺损、膈肌前部缺损、脐上腹壁中线缺如伴心脏膨出、心血管畸形。该病临床表现复杂,发病率较低,病死率高,许多临床医师对此病缺乏关注极易导致漏诊、误诊。现将此病的基本特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗进行综述,以提高临床医师对此病的认识及诊治水平。Pentalogy of Cantrell is a rare congenital malformation disease and the major clinical characteristics are sternal defects,pericardium portion defects,diaphragm forepart defects and the absence of abdominal wall middle line above the umbilicus accompanied with bulging heart and cardiovascular abnormalities. Pentalogy of Cantrell has complex clinical manifestation,low incidence and high case fatality rate. Many clinicians lack attention on the disease,which is very likely to induce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. The essential features, diagnosis, identification and treatment of the disease were summarized,with a view to improve clinical doctors＇ understanding and diagnosis and treatment level of the disease.
