摘　　要：嗜酸性筋膜炎是一种以对称性皮肤肿胀硬化为主要表现的疾病,部分患者会出现嗜酸粒细胞增多、高丙种球蛋白血症、红细胞沉降率增快等非特异性表现。因其发病率较低,临床上对其认识不足,误诊时有发生。本文从嗜酸性筋膜炎的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学检查、病理活检及其与其他疾病的相关性、诊断标准、治疗及预后等方面进行介绍,以提高临床医生对该疾病的认识。Eosinophilic fasciitis is a kind of disease which is characterized by symmetrical skin swelling and sclerosis, some patients may appear some nonspecific manifestations,such as increased eosinophils,hypergammaglobulinemia,rapider rate of erythrocyte sedimentation. Due to its low incidence and insufficient understanding of it, misdiagnosis occurs occasionally. This article introduce the clinical manifestations, laboratory examination, imaging examination, pathological biopsy,diagnostic criteria,treatment and prognosis of eosinophilic fasciitis,as well as the relationship between eosinophilic fasciitis and other diseases to raise awareness of eosinophilic fasciitis among clinicians.
