摘  要:在当前日趋严峻的就业形势下,大学生的就业问题引发社会的广泛关注,在综合性大学中理科学生的就业问题尤为突出。本文以华中科技大学数、理、化、生等相关理科专业为例,结合对理科学生专业满意率、就业观念和综合就业现状的分析,从社会、高校、个人三个不同的角度分析影响其就业竞争力的因素及提升就业竞争力的重要意义,并有针对性地提出帮助理科学生提升就业竞争力的对策和途径。In the current society, the employment problem of college students has caused widespread concern in society. In a comprehensive university, the grim employment situation has been particularly prominent among the science students. In this paper, the author takes the related majors of science in Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the example, analyses the factors affecting the employment competitiveness and the important significance of promoting the employment ability from the perspective of society, universities and individuals, which combines with the professional satisfaction rate, employment concept and comprehensive employment status of the science students. The thesis also puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and ways to help the science students to improve their employment competitiveness.
