摘　　要：皮带张紧装置是机械式冷再生机的一个关键部件,皮带张紧装置若存在缺陷将导致皮带打滑失效,直至皮带严重磨损后断裂。介绍DGL600N型机械式冷再生机原有皮带张紧装置存在的问题及改进方案,将张紧方式由内部张紧改为外部张紧,由紧边张紧改为松边张紧;增加惰轮机构,防止张紧轮张紧时紧边和松边干涉。实际应用表明,改进后张紧装置有效解决了皮带打滑失效的问题。Belt tensioner is a critical part in the mechanical pavement recycler,which in defect would lead the belt to slip and/or fail down to severe wears and breakdown.It is to introduce what problems existing with the DGL600 N type and a program for improvements that the tensioning has to change to the outside from inside,and to the loose section instead of the tight section,plus an idler mechanism to prevent interference to the tensioner from the tight belt section and/or the loose section.Practical usage shows that the tensioning device after improvements can be an effective solution to the belt's slippage and/or failure.
