贵州遵义地区蝙蝠脑组织博尔纳病病毒磷蛋白的检测

摘　　要：研究贵州省遵义地区野生蝙蝠脑组织中BDV自然感染情况。方法:采用蛋白免疫印迹检测贵州省遵义地区82只野生蝙蝠脑组织中BDV磷蛋白表达情况。结果:82只蝙蝠脑组织中BDV磷蛋白阳性9例(11%)。结论:贵州省遵义地区蝙蝠存在BDV自然感染。To investigate the status of Borna disease virus（BDV）natural infection in wild bats,we use the western blotting method to detect the phosphoprotein expression of BDV in 82 wild bat brain tissue specimens collected from the Zunyi region of Guizhou Province.Result showed that 9 of 82 specimens were phosphoprotein positive,which indicated that BDV natural infection exists in the bats in Zunyi region of Guizhou Province.
