摘 要:以3种叶菜类蔬菜(生菜、油菜、菠菜)为研究对象,采用盆栽试验、向土壤中添加不同含量Cd的方法,研究土壤中Cd含量与蔬菜中Cd含量的相关性,旨在为叶类蔬菜种植提供技术支持。结果表明,向土壤中添加低含量的Cd,对3种蔬菜的生长及产量均呈极显著的促进作用,高含量Cd则对蔬菜的产量及生长有毒害作用;3种蔬菜对重金属Cd的吸收能力表现为菠菜>生菜>油菜,表明菠菜对Cd的富集能力最强,油菜最弱;随着土壤中添加Cd含量的增加,菠菜、油菜、生菜中Cd含量均呈极显著增加。相关性分析表明,土壤中Cd含量与蔬菜中Cd含量存在极显著的正相关(P<0.000 1),相关系数分别为:菠菜0.999 2,生菜0.997 7,油菜0.997 7。In this paper, the correlation of Cd content between soil and leafy vegetables of lettuce, rape and spinach was studied that aimed to provide technical support for vegetable production by pot experiment of adding different concentration of Cd in soil. The results showed that it was significant in promoting the growth and yield of three kinds of vegetables to add the lower concentration of Cd in soil,and higher concentration of Cd had a toxic effect on the growth of vegetables. Apparent differences were shown in the absorption and enrichment of Cd in different vegetables, the spinach offered the highest absorption, the rape offered the least. The Cd content of three kinds of vegetables increased significantly with the increasing of Cd content in soil. Correlation analysis showed that there was significantly positive correlation of Cd content between the vegetables and soil, the correlation coefficient of spinach was 0.999 2, the lettuce and the rape were 0.997 7, respectively.
