中国制造2025视野下技术技能人才培养的思考

摘　　要：中国制造2025是针对中国制造业发展提出的一个重要战略举措,现阶段中国制造大而不强,迫切需要高等职业教育提供"技术技能红利"支撑制造业的转型升级。中国制造2025时代下技术技能人才需求将出现新的特征,面对这种新需求,技术技能人才培养应在专业建设对接国家产业高端重点领域需求,课程内容对接新的技术要求,推进"现代学徒制"双主体育人,重新定位人才培养目标,推进国际化人才培养,打造中国现代职业教育2025。Made in China 2025 is an important strategic initiatives put forward against the development of Chinese manufacturing industry;due to the huge yet weak Made in China at current stage,there is a pressing need for higher vocational education to provide the＂bonus of technical skills＂to support the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The demand for the technical and skilled talents during the times of Made in China 2025 will have new characteristics,for which what the training of the technical skilled talents should be focused on is that the specialty construction should closely connect with the demands from the high-end and key domains of national industry,the course contents should closely connect with the new technical requirements,to promote the＂modem apprentice system＂and the double subjects educating students,re-position the talents training objectives,carry forward the cultivation for the internationalized talents and build up China＇s modern vocational education 2025.
