眶隔脂肪转移与游离脂肪移植矫正泪沟畸形的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨眶隔脂肪转移与游离脂肪移植两种方法矫正泪沟畸形的疗效。方法对择期行泪沟畸形修复术患者60例,根据其自愿的原则,分别采用眶隔脂肪转移(A组,30例)与游离脂肪移植(B组,30例)方法矫正泪沟畸形,术后6个月随访泪沟消除效果。结果术后6个月随访,A组:满意25例,基本满意3例,不满意2例;B组:满意15例,基本满意10例,不满意5例。两组泪沟消除效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与游离脂肪移植相比,采用眶隔脂肪转移矫正泪沟畸形的方法更安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare curative effect of orbital fat transfer techniques and free fat grafting in improving tear trough deformity. Methods Sixty patients who had submitted to tear trough deformity correction were assigned into two surgical groups according to their desire. The Group A （30 cases） were performed under- went correction with the orbital fat transfer techniques, while the group B （30 cases） were treated with the free fat grafting. Curative effects were followed up for 6 months postoperatively. Results Postoperative evaluation of the group A： 25 cases were excellent, 3 cases were basically satisfied and 2 cases were not satisfied. Postopera- tive evaluation of the group B： 15 cases were excellent, 10 cases were basically satisfied and 5 cases were not sat- isfied. There was were significant differences in the effect of correcting tear trough deformity between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with free fat transplantation, the orbital fat transfer are is more effec- tive and safe in correcting tear trough deformity. The method is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
