摘　　要：针对客户多品种、中小批量的产品特点和高柔性自动化程度的要求,通过综合分析了FMS制造系统的技术特点和其未来的发展趋势,最终为客户设计制造了一套精益高效的基于柔性托盘库FMS系统,并详述了该系统的整体方案设计流程和系统的组成。According to the requirements of customers for the muhi variety and small batch product characteristics and high flexibility degree of automation, through a comprehensive analysis of the technical features of FMS flexible manufacturing system and its future development trend, and eventually for the customers design and manufacture a lean and efficient FMS system based on flexible pallet magazine, and detail the composition of the system＇s overall design process and system.
