摘　　要：返向器是内循环滚珠丝杠副的关键零件,其结构的优劣直接影响到滚珠丝杠副的性能。文章研究了滚珠在回珠槽中的力学特性,总结出了返向器设计中相关参数对滚珠丝杠副性能的影响规律。在此基础上以5010为例,提出了准线为"正弦曲线+圆弧"的内循环返向器回珠曲线的设计方法。最后研究了返向器安装结构、材料选择及制造工艺。研究结果在实际生产中取得了很好的效果。Deflector is the key part of internal recirculation ball screws, the structure affects performance of ball screws. In this article, mechanical characteristics and ball recirculation system of ball screw is studied, and then the rules of deflector parameter affecting performance of ball screws are summarized. After that, a new directrix which is made up of sine and circle curve is raised. Finally, the installation struc- ture and material and manufacture process are studied. The rusult obtains ~ood effe.ct.
