摘 要:传统设计凸轮轮廓线方法计算繁琐复杂,求解精度不高且效率低下。利用Matlab编程语言求解并绘制凸轮轮廓曲线的方法,不但能够提高计算精度而且能够缩短设计周期。导出基于Matlab环境中绘制的曲线上的数据点,在Solid Works环境中生成凸轮轮廓曲线草图,并通过拉伸命令完成凸轮的三维模型。该方法简单高效,且便于根据实际工况对凸轮轮廓形状的快速修整,较大的提高了设计效率。The traditional methods of designing cam profile always leads to complicated calculation,low computational accuracy and efficiency. But by using Matlab programming language,the computational accuracy can be increased and the design period can be shortened in the process of solving and drawing cam profile.Firstly,the data points on the curve that are drawn in the Matlab can be derived. Secondly,a rough draft of cam profile is generated in Solid Works. Finally,the three- dimensional model of cam profile is created during the stretching process. This method is easy to operate and can greatly improve the design efficiency by quickly modifying the shape of cam profile according to the actual working conditions.
