摘 要:以JMY175工矿内燃机车为例,介绍了车轴齿轮箱的结构组成。根据可靠性理论和现代机械设计优化方法,以齿轮传动部分的体积、可靠度和重合度作为目标函数,以齿轮的各参数作为设计变量,对车轴齿轮箱进行可靠性优化设计。把齿轮疲劳强度的可靠度要求引入约束条件中,得出了各参数的最优解,结果显示体积减小了35.71%,可靠度提高了2.707 4%,重合度提高了12.68%。实现了降低生产制造成本、提高齿轮传动稳定性和延长齿轮箱使用寿命的目的。Taking JMY175 industrial diesel locomotive for example,the structure composition of the axle gearbox is introduced. According to the reliability theory and the modern mechanical design optimization method,taking the volume,reliability,coincidence degree of the gear transmission as the target function,taking the gear parameter as design variables,reliability optimization design of the axle gearbox is carried out. The reliability of gear fatigue strength is combined within the constraint conditions,the optimal solution of the parameters is obtained,the results show that the volume is reduced by 35. 71%,and the reliability is improved by 2. 7074%,and the coincidence degree is increased by 12. 68%. The goals of reducing production cost,improving the stability of gear transmission and prolonging the service life of the gearbox are realized.
