止痛膏联合三阶梯止痛原则治疗老年肺癌骨转移疼痛60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察止痛膏联合三阶梯止痛原则治疗老年肺癌骨转移疼痛的临床疗效。方法将120例老年肺癌骨转移疼痛患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予止痛膏敷贴、红外线外照射的同时联合三阶梯止痛治疗,对照组60例予三阶梯止痛原则治疗。2组均治疗2周后评价疗效,观察2组治疗前后疼痛缓解、生活质量变化及不良反应情况。结果 2组显效率及有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后生活质量良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论止痛膏敷贴、红外线外照射的同时联合三阶梯止痛原则治疗老年肺癌骨转移疼痛具有镇痛效果,能够改善生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effects of analgesic balms combined with ＂ three- step analgesic ladder＂ therapy on the treatment of elderly bone metastasis from lung tumor. Methods 120 elderly patients with bone metastasis from lung tumor were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in treatment group were treated by analgesic balms external application combined with infrared radiation and＂three- step analgesic ladder＂therapy.60 patients in control group were treated by ＂ three- step analgesic ladder＂ therapy. The curative effect was evaluated two weeks after treatment in two groups. The pain relief effects,quality of life and adverse reaction before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The significant efficiency rate in treatment group were higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The improve rate of life quality in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Analgesic balms combined with infrared radiation and＂three- step analgesic ladder＂therapy have analgesic effect on the treatment of elderly bone metastasis from lung tumor,can improve quality of life,prolong the survival time.
