四味金银花汤加减联合化疗治疗中心型非小细胞肺癌40例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察四味金银花汤联合化疗治疗中心型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床疗效。方法将84例NSCLC患者随机分为2组。对照组44例予卡铂300 mg/m^2(第1 d),依托泊苷100 mg(第1~4 d或5d)静脉滴注。治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用四味金银花汤加减治疗。2组均28 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效,并随访缓解期和生存期及不良反应出现情况。结果治疗组有效率55.00%,对照组有效率31.81%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中位缓解期4个月,对照组中位缓解期10个月,治疗组中位生存期14个月,对照组中位生存期7个月;治疗组1年生存率40%,对照组1年生存率25%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四味金银花汤联合化疗治疗NSCLC疗效确切,并能延长生存期。Objective To observed the clinical effects of modified Four Flavor- Honeysuckle decoction combined with chemotherapy on central non- small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods 84 subjects with central NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups. 44 subjects in control group were treated by carboplatin（ 300 mg /m^2） at the first day and etoposide（ 100 mg） for intravenous injection at the first to forth days or the fifth day. 40 subjects in treatment group were treated by modified Four Flavor- Honeysuckle decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The treatment course was 28 d in two groups. The curative effect was evaluated after three courses. The remission stage,survival time and adverse reaction were follow- up. Results The effective rate in treatment group（ 55. 0%） was superior to that in control group（ 31. 81%,P〈0. 05）. The remission stage in treatment group and control group was 4 month and 10 month respectively,and the median survival time was 14 month and 7 month respectively. The one- year survival rate in treatment group and control group was 40% and 25% respectively,with statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Four Flavor- Honeysuckle decoction combined with chemotherapy has exact effects on the treatment of central NSCLC,can prolong the survival time.
